Large, modern home in Golden Grove area of Adelaide. Public transport within 100mts and shopping centre, hospital and other amenities nearby. Prefer mature single or couple.. We have a small, friendly dog and a cat who will need feeding twice a day. We don’t require any gardening or maintenance done. Just keep the house clean and tidy as you found it. References and police checks are a must. We will be travelling overseas and want peace of mind that our home will be lived in and our fur babies cared for.
