Our property is a modern home on 13th Beach golf course estate, It is near Barwon Heads and local beaches. The property itself is low maintenance and a golf-cart is available for keen golfers (green-fees will apply)..
Pets & farm animals
We have an active and very lovable Border Collie/Poodle.. He is used to regular walking and play. Also an occasional visit to the local dog park in Barwon Heads. Our preference is to have at least one person home much of the time.
House Tasks
Only additional requests are feeding fish in the pond and watering some pot-plants occasionally.
