East Hampton location
3br townhouse (bedrooms are upstairs),
Only one room is furnished. Have home gym setup in the garage.
Parking is off street only.

2 pets:
Female cat, 9 months, she doesn’t like handling, but comes sometimes for a pat (still finding her confidence around humans);
17yo sleepy gentle JRT; semi blind but still keen on short walks (15-20min) in the morning.
Both spend most of the day chilling.

Required:
Responsible, caring, gentle, quiet, with no bad habits person or couple to look after my home and my fur babies while I’m away.
