Hi folks,
Have 5 acreas at sunny, beautiful torbanlea Qld, 27 kls to maryborough 33 kls to Hervey bay and attached to small township or Howard which has all facilities.
Flat block, trees, vege patch, some garden and comfy 3 bedroom home, double garage with extra 2 bays. No pets, lovely neighbours and daughter and son in law nearby in case of problems. Will need to mow ( ride-on) and push mower, water veges occasionally, eat veges, chlorinate a small above ground pool and enjoy life. Near to coastal communities burrum heads and toogoom. Free wifi, house or just facilities.
