Beautiful modern 2 bed/2 bath home in rural Tasmania, with views to vineyards, farms and Mt Wellington. An easy 30 minutes to Hobart, with 2 friendly border collie/kelpie cross dogs (10 YO), our house cat (16) and 2 horses (paddocked). The garden might need attention with watering - depending on rainfall. We are away on a cruise from Sydney to NZ for 11 nights. While you stay, enjoy our newly renovated home with a ducted air conditioning, vegie. garden, fresh flowers and gorgeous country walks. Meals and live music at historic Richmond Arms hotel, as well as shops and walks by Coal River. WIFI available, Smart TV as well, Netfix or Stan can be connected if required by you. Pets & farm animals
We would like our housesitters to at least walk our dogs Koby & Bubba once each day, Our cat marcel is to be kept inside at night, and the horses do like a treat as well
