Hi, We have a beautiful, coastal house with distant ocean views walking distance to the beach and shops at Malua Bay, on the far south coast of NSW (near Batemans Bay). Lounge room and separate dining area, with access to the alfresco with BBQ and outdoor dining option.Master bedroom with king bed upstairs, 2 bedrooms with queen beds downstairs, and another lounge room with TV. Full bath (x 2), including full ensuite off the master bedroom. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Three TVs with Netflix, Stan, etc., fast and free WIFI, full kitchen with dishwasher, walking distance to shops, off street parking, ducted heating and air con. Fresh vegies/herbs (as available) in garden to use. Thank you.
Pets & farm animals
Two affectionate and friendly cavoodles. One is 13 and the other is 8. A female, Pocket, and a male, Pushkin. They have a meal each morning and evening (pre-prepared). They are inside dogs, sleep on the bed and lie on the couch, etc. Walks when possible. Feed fish in pond every 2nd day.
