All modern facilities in a 4 bedroom 5 year old home on 2000m of gardens. Lots of wild life and chickens, rabbits cats and dogs to love and enjoy! with glimpses of the bay and only an hour from Melbourne you can relax on the Mornington peninsula, enjoy wineries, walking tracks, beaches as well as the occasional day in town if your desire. You will have your own bedroom and ensuite bathroom, which also has a separate sitting area. Of course full run of the whole house too!All required services are located on the ground floor, but there is a second story with a balcony.The two pug cross dogs need medication twice daily, and all other animals are pretty chilled. Changing the chickens straw and the cat and bunny litter trays would be the worst of the jobs.Looking for this to be a bit of a trial - as we're hoping for a longer trip in January 2023.Also looking for a local for weekends and short work trip stays.Love to hear from you!ThanksAmanda and crew.
