3x1 stand alone newly renovated house. Big yard. Carport. 7 mins from the beach and 3 mins from train station directly to CBD. Coffee shop and small shops on our street. Nearby shopping centre, parks and trails.

We have 2 dogs - a 13 yr old border collie and an 8 yr old Labrador. Both very well trained, very well behaved. They require 2 walks daily (the dog park is at the end of our street) they get fed twice a day and just like to hang around you but are ok if you leave them also. They love adventures but the BC has slowed ALOT in his old age so he needs more mini adventures these days.

House has internet, modern appliances, Netflix, Stan, Disney, prime and a/c. Pretty easy housesit.
