Looking for someone to stay in our house while we are away for a few weeks and feed the cat, fish and chooks. Small amounts of garden maintenance may be needed depending on the weather and easy pool maintenance required.Currently our house is set up as a two bedroom house with an office and a music room. It is ideally suited to 2 adults with no pets. The house is very quiet and situated on a large block giving it privacy, peace and quiet. We are a 5 minute walk from Woolworths and a lovely fresh bread & bakery shop.Use of WiFi internet is available.Towels, sheets, beach towels all provided, you just need to bring your food, your own pillow and clothes and be prepared to enjoy a short holiday and relax on the beach or visit many of the local tourist attractions in the area. Or just stay at home and have a swim in our salt/chlorine pool.Why not feed the dolphins at Tin Can Bay, Horse Ride along Rainbow Beach, 4 wheel drive on Rainbow beach or take a trip over to the heritage Fraser Island. Good weekend markets at Tin Can Bay and Rainbow Beach.
Pets & farm animals
Woody - our cat. Very stroppy at times and likes feeding regularly. Also very fussy. Loves to be brushed and have his chin rubbed. Uses his cat door through the day but we keep him inside overnight. Woody is partially blind and is quite old for a cat. Deefa, DeeDee, Yvette, Jenny, Petal and Princess - our six chickens will keep you in supply of fresh eggs for your stay as long as you feed and water them. Food supplied.
