1 acre property at Tooradin, the gateway to South Gippsland and Phillip Island.
We live in a 2 storey house with a lift. Also a solar heated pool (cleaning is mostly automated).

Pets & farm animals

2 dogs – a 3 year old border collie/kelpie cross (timid and ball obsessed) and a 13 month old english sheepdog, (a work in progress). We have 2 very old cats who need some eye drops and eye wash a couple of times a week and goldfish in an outdoor pond.<br />The old english sheepdog will be clipped so will not require grooming.<br />The dogs don't like walking a lot. They have plenty of room to hoon around the back yard.

House Tasks

Retired/semi retired couple as dogs are used to company.<br />Collect mail and check PO Box 1- 2 times per week. Check a couple of the cleaning tools used in the pool. The pool cleaning/filter is on timer.<br />A friend will come and mow the grass, keep an eye on the vegie garden and water trees. Housesitters will need to water indoor plants and pot plants around the verandah.
