Looking for a lovely person or couple to house and pet sit!

We've a cosy family home in a quiet street in Beaumaris around 1.5km from the beach and very close to the Royal Melbourne Golf Course. It is a 20 minute walk to the train station (cheltenham station) but there are also buses if you don't have access to a car.

Our home has electric gates and is very secure with off-street parking provided.

Beaumaris Concourse provides the closest shops, its a bustling strip with an IGA, wine shop, several delicatessens, post office, cafes and restaurants. Westfield Southland is just a five minute drive.

We need an experienced dog handler. We have a gorgeous but anxious dog 5 year old dog who you will need to gain trust with using balls and treats. He is very wary of new people and takes time to get to know you. He is incredibly food motivated though so this makes it easy. He will need two walks a day and then sleeps most of the day. We have also recently added a puppy to our home, she is a small jackapoo and will be six/seven months by September. Both dogs are crate trained and are very loving.
We also have a cat but she's easy.

We have a lovely outdoor area and pool to enjoy and all the usual subscription TV channels.

We also have a clearer who comes weekly (unless she is sick)

Pets & farm animals

Banjo - a very loving jack russell x fox terrier who is very anxious meeting new people.<br /><br />Female Jackapoo puppy who is pretty well behaved and very small and cuddly. She is crate trained, and comes for treats.<br /><br />We have one cat who puts our dog in his place and her other hobbies include watching the world go by and chasing mice.
