We live in a newly renovated 4x2 house on 1 acre in the lovely seaside town of Dongara, 3.5 hours North of Perth. The house has air-con/heating, and WiFi, a huge kitchen and open plan living area, new ensuite, outdoor entertaining area and wrap around verandah. It's located close to town with beaches, cafes, pubs, the bakery, and shops all just a few minutes away by car or a 20 minute walk if you're keen.The garden is reticulated so all you really need to do property-wise is collect the mail and water the veggie beds every few days. We would prefer a single person or couple so that we don't have to use the kids' bedrooms. If you would prefer to stay in your own van and just use the kitchen/bathrooms, there's plenty of space to park and you would be able to connect to power and water.Although it's a relatively short term stay, we live in a beautiful seaside holiday town so consider it a free holiday with a gorgeous companion :)
Pets & farm animals
We have a beautiful, 3 year old Golden Retriever named Saxon. He is allowed inside but chooses to spend most of his time outside, including sleeping on his couch out the front. Although not very active, he does love walking and would appreciate a wander each day if possible. Saxon has food allergies so he requires a specific diet (no snacks please!) but he's not currently on medication. We also have two Siamese fighting fish who require a few pellets each day.
House Tasks
There are a few veggie beds which we normally hand water twice a week but the garden is reticulated so all you really need to do is collect the mail and look after Saxon. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
