I live in an over 50's lifestyle resort with all the amenities imaginable. I have a 5yr old black labx who thinks he's a person. The house is brand new (moved in Feb 2022) 3 bedrooms small yard. The house is easy to care for but the dog, Pablo needs a good walk every day and plenty of cuddles. He is totally food motivated so very easy to manage with small treats. Dates are approximate but I am looking at around 3 months.
