The property is a Californian Bungalow with lots of character, it is close to the Ballarat city centre and has good access to the freeway to Melbourne. it has four bedrooms, Central heating and reverse cycle air conditioning, lovely leafy front yard with a nice deck in the rear yard. a very quite street with walking tracks across the road. we have a blind small dog that would need feeding and the occasional walk. She is an inside dog and has access to the rear yard through a dog door, she is fine through the day by herself while we are at work, she is a lovely dog and loves to sit close to you when you are home. the garden will need the occasional watering (Pots) and the front garden watering will be on a timer.
