My partner Kate and I are 2 mature-aged women who share our 4 BR home with a 13 y0 JR cross (Mistie) and 3 chooks. You will be required to lock chooks in their pen overnight and let them out each morning, top up their feed and water as required and enjoy their fresh produce. Mistie does not require walking, but will enjoy your company and love you at dinner time. There are some pot plants that require attention and there is also a small vege patch which may need a drink occassionally and the lawn may need mowing. You will have full use of the house and its amenities. There is air conditioning and ducted heating. NBN and Foxtel are available.
