House, doggo and plants. Use of car if needed (manual). Our 12month old needs a friend for daily walks and cuddles. Very placid and lazy but quite excitable around other dogs. Our home is located 15 min walk to Highett Station and a 15-20 minute walk to Sandringham Station and the beach.

Local supermarkets, chemists, parks and heaps of great food at reach. Unlimited yoga pass at Liquid room (walking distance) for $50. Westfield Southland and cinemas 25-minute walk.

Only considering person/s who will be at home most of the time and happy to walk daily.
