Looking for an active dog lover/s to take care of my affectionate springer spaniel Evie who loves people and birds !
Based 800 metres from the water and 500 meters from Woolworths in a perfect location in Mount Martha VIC
Modern town house in group of 14 with v friendly and quiet neighbours . master ensuite down stairs with a covered deck and small postage stamp of grass ( so mowing is a 8 minute job)
Evie will love someone who will give her tip bits and takes her with them for walks. Evie is 7.5 years so is getting mature !! And is very house trained if you call sofa surfing and the bed trained!
All modern-amenities Lots of fabulous wineries and main street mornington full of restaurant for all tastes and wallets .
The house, my home is comfortable and cosy it has 4 bedrooms and two living areas but its is 15sqs so is small but great for a single person or couple
