1 dog – medium size, energetic and vocal golden cocker spaniel - Banks.
In October he will be 11 months old ( typical adolescent that will push boundaries) He barks when people come to the door
He needs -
**2 walks (on lead only) a day, There is a dog park walking distance down the road however a lot of small toy breed dogs go there and he plays better with larger dogs.
**He is happy to travel in the car to go places (I have a car mat to loan) and is social with people and other dogs. (He likes bigger dogs more than smaller ones)
**a quick brush of his coat to detangle any matts under his chestplate and where the harness rubs, Im lucky he is not much of a shedder but the harness creates some matting
**Not be left for more than 4 hours at any one time during the day
**Put him in his crate at night to sleep about 9pm (located in a room upstairs with door shut)
**Let him out of his crate of a morning to go out to toilet about 6am (then he is free to roam loungeroom & yard as he likes)
** adjust times above but not to be in crate for any longer than 9 hours
**Feed in the morning and at night approx. 7am and 6 – 7pm
