One level house, few steps down to back yard. There are two dogs Betty the Bulldog who will eat anything and everything and Archie the Kelpie who likes to sleep on the bed. Archie likes a walk but Betty won't go walking. Both dogs get along well. We would like vegetables cooked for the dogs. We have a vegetable garden that we would like watered plus a few flowers etc. We have cooling in the family room and lounge and overhead fans in the bedrooms. We are quite close to the beach although l think you would want to drive as it would be a bit uphill coming home. Shops are close but once again you would have to drive. We have nice views of the sea and the city on clear days. It;s very quiet no noisy neighbours or barking dogs.
