We are looking for animal loving only house/pet sitter(s) to care for our furbabbies: Rusty (3yo american cocker spaniel) and Oscar and George (13yo indoor Persian cat brothers). All have a gentle nature, with Oscar being timid but loving fuss, George enjoying company and Rusty loving to play with balls. Our home is 1.15 hours north of Brisbane, 15 mins from the closest shops, 30 mins to major shops and an hour to the Sunshine Coast beaches. Our house is lowset on short stilts, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, office/cats room, laundry and open plan living/dining/kitchen.
Your duties would be a daily walk and play time with Rusty, changing litter tray daily, feeding etc, and keeping our house clean and tidy. In exchange we will supply you with free accommodation and living expenses, including use of laundry and cooking equipment/utensils, and any of our food remaining in the fridge/freezer/pantry.
As I work from home and my husband is retired, our furbabies are used to having company. This placement would suit someone/couple who are looking for 2 weeks of relaxation, to appreciate the surrounding hillside views whilst sitting on our front deck, within a supportive, safe neighbourhood.
