Hi,We require a house sitter to look after our Jack Russell, Jessie and cat, Gracie at our home in Yarraville (beautiful inner west suburb of Melbourne).Sitting dates are from 14 September 2024 to 21 November 2024.Our home is located a 10 minute walk from the centre of Yarraville where there are shops, cafes, Sun Theatre and public transport. Melbourne CBD is a 18 min train ride to Flinders Street Station. Cruikshank park is a 3 minute walk from home. You will have full use of home facilities including yard, deck, off street parking, laundry, reasonable use of Internet, a bedroom and bathroom.House sitter would be required to walk Jessie twice a day (rain, hail or shine) and complete the weekly poo pick up in the back yard. Other garden maintenance is minimum except for pulling the odd weeds here or there.***Please only apply if you can sit for the whole period advertised. ***Prefer that people with young children not apply as our dog and cat are not used to them.Kind regardsNarelle and Shaun.

Jessie likes walks especially on lead and is well behaved. Gracie is a shy cat, we would recommend keeping her inside until she is confident with you.

Attend to normal household duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathroom cleaning etc. Pet care and twice daily exercise. Collect mail. Water and maintain garden. Provide regular updates on pets.
