Some potplants (optional - they can go elsewhere if needed), but no garden to take care of, just a small balcony. Heating and aircon, unlimited NBN.

Would be perfect for someone in Melbourne for Christmas, or someone who needs a getaway and a bit of me-time.

Pets & farm animals

My lovely old lady cat, Greta, is a gentle sweetie who loves to snooze and get patted. She is extremely low-maintenence, and though she'll be shy at first she warms up quickly and will keep you great, low-key company.<br /><br /><br />Just feed morning and evening and scoop litterbox daily (she is a tidy and well-trained litter user). Cuddles and pats and a bit of.playtime will be much appreciated, as will brushing (her favourite!) but she is quite happy doing her own thing. She is fine to be left home alone for the day, although ideally not every single day.<br /><br /><br />Although Greta is older (16), she is in great health. She takes one small tablet (for blood pressure) a day with breakfast, but this is just a matter of putting it out with her food, which she happily eats. For bonus peace of mind, her vet's office is only two doors down in case it's needed,
