Three bedroom (one king size, two double), 2.5 bathroom house in inner suburb of Melbourne (20 minutes train ride to city centre), 10 minute walk to train station. Features: outdoor hot tub, deck, seating area, driveway, bathtub, freezer, two walk-in showers, extra large couch, dining table, laundry, work station with desk, computer chair, two screens, espresso machine, TVs in living room + primary bedroom, internet, streaming services. Near a great bakery, parks, golfcourse, playground, restaurants, planetarium, scienceworks, grazeland.

We have one large(ish) sized 3.5 year old rescue dog that enjoys company and cuddles. Her name is Fiano, but she also goes by: Nuggy, Nugget, Nuggler, and Goose. Fiano would enjoy having someone stay that worked from home or plans to spend time around the house. She is well behaved, enjoys playing fetch at the off-leash dog parks and walks. She is good with other dogs, but sometimes gets nervous when they are bigger than her. She doesn't have any experience with kids, so she is curious but perhaps a little nervous of them (mostly when they are screaming..haha). She is allowed on the couch and bed, so she enjoys a cuddle while watching tv or in bed on the weekends if you like, but she sleeps in her own bed at night. I would need someone committed to bringing her out for a good run at least once a day to keep her on a regular schedule. Anything more than that is a bonus for her! We would also need someone who wasn't going to be gone all day every day, as she is not used to spending that much time alone.
