Multi-story townhouse in Greensborough with parking in the driveway available. Our newly renovated house is situated in a quiet area among the trees. Our neighbours are really friendly and are quiet folk (you won't be bothered by raging parties on the street). There are 2 balconies and a front yard where we like to sit and read. Super low maintenance, just need to keep our indoor plants and the front lawn hydrated! We've got an office with fast internet, all the streaming services and two affectionate huskies to keep you company.

The dogs: Two huskies, Vlad and Lola. Vlad is our 5 yo boy who we've had since he was 8 weeks old. He is a sweet, sweet boy who lives for his walks. He loves to cuddle on the couch or just be under you at the dining table, or at the desk or under your legs when you're on the couch. Vlad is also a bit of a lone wolf at times. Lola is our 3.5 yo girl who we rescued when she was 10 months. She is the sweetest soul who thrives off your attention. She is more needy than Vlad and will paw you when she wants pats, also loves to cuddle on the couch or you might find her on the balcony where she loves to perch and watch the world go by. She is very food motivated and loves to 'talk'. When they are out and about they are quite energetic, but at home they are so chill. They're pretty easy to care for! Vlad and Lola get along really well and they have meal time together. Super easy!

Our home is a 15-minute walk to the Greensborough train station and has plenty of walking trails surrounding the area. The Plenty River is 5 minutes up the road and serves as a lovely walk with the dogs. There are also a couple of cafe's about 10 minutes walking distance (Prelude is my favourite). Greensborough Plaza is also very close.
