I live in a 2 bedroom apartment which cosy and comfortable in a quiet tree lined street, There is a living room, 2 spacious bedrooms (bedroom1 has a queen bed and 2nd bedroom is used as a study), separate kitchen, combined bathroom and laundry, heating and cooling, Internet and Netflix. There is a small backyard with a clothes line. Under cover parking is provided and there is a security gate.
Public transport is close by, it is only a 3 minute walk to Union Station and a 9 minute walk to trams on Whitehorse Road, and a 10 minute drive to the Eastern Freeway. The local shops are only a 6 minute walk and there is a Foodworks supermarket, fruit shop, chemist, bakery, butcher and Post Office. Other shopping centres are between 1km and 2.5km. There are an abundance of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
I have a 11 year old Papillion that is quiet and gentle and loves to play ball and go for walks.
