About

We are on 4 acres but most of the property is paddock. There is a small back fenced area to mow and to contain the dogs. We have 2 poodles (Jack 12 and Ruby 10) that are house dogs but use a doggie door to go outside, Our gardens are mainly auto watered, (just need to keep an eye on them) and wicking beds out the back and a few pots. There are also a few trees out the back paddock that need watering but small ride-on mower with trailer and watering system to assist with that task.
We have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house with ducted aircon, instant gas hot water and 2 living areas, one with some gym equipment and we are on town water.
The dogs can be funny with other dogs but will come around given a few days.
We are 17kms (12min) drive to shops etc.
We would require who ever is chosen to be here a day prior to us leaving on the 17/02/24 to be familiarised with the watering etc.

Pets & farm animals

We have 2 inside Poodles, Jack who is 12 and Ruby who is 10.

House Tasks

Mowing of small backyard, water wicking beds when needed, keep eye on auto watered gardens and water a few trees in back paddock, have a converted ride on mower and trailer to assist.
