ABOUT THE HOUSE:
We have a large 4x2 home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Millbridge, Western Australia.
30-second walk to creek and walking path.
15 mins north of Bunbury.
3 mins to Eaton Fair (shopping/dining/rec centre with gym and fitness classes).
5 mins to Treendale (Bunnings/Treendale Farm Hotel/shopping).
Starlink internet.
Brand new ducted reverse cycle air-con throughout.
Good insulation.
Solar power.
Large patio.

ABOUT THE PETS:
We have a 10-year-old female cat who is very quiet and low-maintenance. She lives strictly indoors so will need her litter tray cleaned out please.
She is a very shy cat, so while we are open to families, we'd prefer a sitter with older children who will respect her space, or no children.

We have an outdoor pond with 12 goldfish that require feeding - no cleaning required.

ABOUT THE GARDENS:
Reticulation is set up for lawn and gardens.
We will need watering completed for plants in patio area please.
No need to mow.
