We are a couple (empty nesters) with a super clean home over looking a 5 acre park. We have a beautiful very private and leafy garden. You will have a super clean bedroom and new queen size. bed. You will also have a spare room for any hobbies you may want to do. The rest of the home is also yours including gourmet kitchen adjoining a large family / dining room. There is also a separate TV room plus you can lock your car away in our fully secure garage. There is a beautiful private deck with BBQ and full size wood fired Pizza oven. Total size of House is 33 squares (300sq metres)
Our Roxy is a mini Schnauzer who spends her day sitting on our bed surveying the park opposite. She will steal your heart.
We want a non smoker who cares for our home. We live in a wonderful quiet estate with caring neighbours should you need support. Nearest Supermarkets are 3ks but you have many choices.
