I am looking for a mature house sitter or couple to care for my home, garden, and three cats while I am working overseas. My home is in the western suburbs of Brisbane and is close to transport, shopping centres and medical and dental centres.

I have two Oriental shorthair cats, and one Bengal. One of the cats require daily medication, so my sitter needs to be comfortable with doing this. My cats are 100% indoor animals with access to a secure outdoor enclosure they can access during the day.

My home is a modern, well-equipped three bedroom, two-bathroom home, with high-speed internet, security system, with exterior security cameras.

You will have access to a fully equipped home office, one bedroom, and your own bathroom. There is garage space for one vehicle, and off-road parking for one or two other motor vehicles.

There is a beautiful, private undercover outdoor area, with an easy to care for garden which you will be required to water and care for. I pay for a qualified horticulturalist who visits weekly to carry out tasks like lawn mowing, mulching, and caring for my roses. I expect my sitters to ensure the garden, pot plants, and lawns are watered, and the gardens and potted plants kept tidy. You are expected to keep all interior and exterior areas of the home clean and tidy at all times.

I am looking for a mature, experienced house sitter or a mature couple. You must have references and have experience with long-term house-sitting assignments.
