4 Bed house with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Large garden and undercover patio for relaxing outside. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the suburbs approx 30 mins from Sydney. Local shops and supermarket within 10 min walking distance. Bus direct to city at the end of the street.

Pets & farm animals

1yr old Koolie x Kelpie dog requiring feeding, water, company during the day (if possible) and at least two good walks a day. Will happily go for a run and do as much exercise as you can provide. 8 free ranging chickens needing the coop cleaned out daily, feed and water topped up as required. Fresh eggs laid daily.

Collect mail, put bins out/in and water plants and lawn.
