120 year old (renovated) home in Caulfield East, convenient for the train to Melbourne and near Caulfield racecourse. The house is in a quiet street and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounges. Included is our 10 yo female golden retriever. She is super friendly, but a bit shy of other dogs. She requires minimal exercise and needs company as she is used to being with a family.
