2 bedroom brick house at the end of a No Through Road - a very quiet and peaceful location. Surrounded by trees and nature. Occasional deer have been spotted ion neighbouring land. Many kookaburras, rosellas, parrots and cockatoos to be sighted.
A very short drive to either Sassafras or Olinda villages.
Bus stop at end of the road to either Belgrave or Ferntree Gully station. 15 minute drive to stations.
Very important: We need a dog lover as we have 2 beautiful dogs to mind. Teddy (Groodle) 15 + months and Bonny (Labrador) 6 + months.
Very large fenced backyard for them to run and play. Doggy door for easy access to yard.

Pets & farm animals

Teddy (Groodle) has a lovely nature and is very playful.
Bonny is a typical Labrador puppy. She loves her food. They are both very affectionate and would welcome cuddles and pats.
It would be appreciated if you gave them a daily walk on lead. Separate walks are OK.
Plus some ball play.
There will be plenty of dry and wet food, plus treats available.

House Tasks

Please clean house prior to our return.
Please collect mail from our mailbox.
No lawn mowing required, but any general gardening clean up, weeding and watering would be appreciated.
