We have a lovely 3 bedroom duplex with open plan living on a canal on Bribie Island at Bongaree. Our main preference is for a SINGLE MATURED WOMAN.....with NO CHILDDREN OR PETS ....sorry.. Of course someone who will care for our home and keep it nice and clean like we would.... We have plants which would like a drink every few days. It's a great neighbourhood and area to live in with all the amenities/clubs you would need. We have an R.S.L, Bowls & Surf Club for cheap meals. Calm & surf beach on Bribie, it is a lovely laid back environment. We have a Woolworths, fruit shops etc and a larger shopping centre at Morayfield approx. 25 Ks away. If you don't know where Bribie is it's approx. 50ks North from Brisbane city. As we live in a duplex the property has NO ROOM TO PARK A CARAVAN OR MOTOR HOME...sorry again.......We would like to meet our sitter before the cruise and both feel comfortable about sitting,

We have 2 Shih Tzu rescue dogs both 10 years old they are called Mork & Mindy. They are lovely little fur babies they are just happy to be around humans.
