I have an easy maintenance house with guest room and own bathroom. Remote garage for the car.
Pub is at at the end of the street on the beach.

My dog is a calm sweet 14 year old ridgeback X, excellent around people and kids for walks. But can't let him off lead in case he sees a cat!

This will be compensated sitting of course for the right person.
My neighbour is also around to assist.
