** Can also commence on the 24/12 if preferred** 3 bed house in a quiet street in Frankston South (beach side) available for house sitting. We have a nice covered back deck inc. BBQ and outdoor settings overlooking our secure, private yard. The beaches / Waterfront is a 5 minute drive away or 25 min walk, and Frankston city is a 5 min drive away (or walk) where you can shop, dine and go to the cinemas. There are also the delights of the Mornington Peninsula on your doorstep. We just need our 1 dog, 2 cats and 1 mouse looked after.

The house includes a master bedroom with ensuite, 2 further bedrooms (each with king single bed), and study with fireplace. It also has a large open plan kitchen, living and dining which opens onto the back deck via large by-fold doors.
