currently started some renovations so there is in use for the sit; 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom house, open plan living and kitchen opens onto large deck area and large garden with playground and in-ground trampoline and fire pit. (The deck sides have been removed so not suitable for small children to be unsupervised out there) one bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress, the second bedroom has bunk beds with double bed on the bottom and single on the top. We have 2 very good friendly dogs a chocolate Labrador and a Yorkshire Terrier Cross and some plants. 10 minute walk to Watsonia train station.
