Located in malua Bay on the stunning south coast of NSW 2 hrs from Canberra and 4hours from Sydney.
5 pastured acres 3 bedroom 2 bathroom older styl home. Lovely valley and hill views. Home has wifi, aircon and netflix. 3 min drive to incredible beaches, local shops and nature, bike trails and national parks on your doorstep.
We have 2 med- large 7 yo dogs who require company and the odd game of fetch and short walks. 3 cats, 2 ponies and 2 horses and 2 mini goats and gold fish.
Horses and goats fed hay 2xs per day and checked and waters. Dogs and cats also fed 2xs per day.
Happy for people caravaning to do the house sitwe have power and water and laundry facilities and you can access the house.
Looking for mature, reliable, quiet people with lots of horse and dog experience. Must be kind, calm and gentle with our animals. 1 aged horse horse will require rugging and unrugging. Must have references and police check.
