THE HOUSE: 3 bedroom (+study) home in Herne Hill. Large covered deck and large grassy backyard. House is well kept with 2 bathrooms, central heating and 2 living spaces.
THE LOCATION: Herne Hill is a quiet area within 10 minutes drive from Central Geelong and the waterfront, only 2km from the Ring Road leading to either Melbourne or the Surfcoast. 10-15 minute walk to cafes and in close proximity to supermarkets and other facilities.

Pets & farm animals

Scout is a 3 year old Jack Russell - gentle and affectionate, great with kids and adults. Sleeps inside but is happy either inside or outside during the day (he stays outside while we are at work). Loves a walk (or even 2) each day, but copes fine if weather or circumstances prevent it.

House Tasks

We require a housesitter who can feed and walk Scout and give him a little love; water a couple of house plants and keep an eye on our home while we're away. Mail collection would be great (there isn't much!). The house/yard is low maintenance.
