Evie my fur baby is a 4 year old spayed standard poodle. She's well trained but a little shy at first with strangers. She sleeps indoors at night time (and only on the bed when there's a thunderstorm) and requires two walks a day. There's a beautiful dog beach right next to my home! My home is a level 3 bedroom detached house with an established cottage garden filled with lots of little birds that you can enjoy from the indoor reading areas or outside. There's a simple studio in the garden, an outdoor shaded area with a BBQ and 3 bedrooms, with one bathroom (with a bath) and separated toilet and laundry room. It's super easy care. There's a wood stove for winter, 2 way air conditioner / heater, smart TV with Netflix, Stan, Apple, Acorn and Prime and good wifi. The kitchen has a gas cooker and is well stocked as I love to cook. The bus to town is at the end of the street or it's a 20 minute stroll. Town is well covered with activities - swimming, golf, tennis, library, fishing etc. There's plenty of parking in the garden for a motorhome or caravan. My home is at the end of a cul de sac and the only noise you'll hear will be the birds in the adjacent reserve or in the gardeni.Watering the garden would be greatly appreciated but there's a gardener who would do lawn mowing etc. I am looking for a non smoking sitter(s) who will look after my dog and home with care and ideally be around for most of the time as Evie is used to almost constant company.

Pets & farm animals

Standard poodle spayed. Three years old. A bit shy until she gets used to you. Fairly obedient. Walks well on a lead. Enjoys off lead on the dog beach..Not aggressive to small dogs but not too keen on larger males. Will let them know. She likes going for walks.

House Tasks

Maybe water garden if very dry. Otherwise no need to do anything.
