I live in a 3 bedroom house at Coffee Camp in the Northern Rivers NSW, approx 5 kms from Nimbin and a 25 min drive to Lismore. I am on 1.25 acres view from the front deck looks out to the Nimbin rocks & amazing views from almost every aspect of the house. with a front deck & a side pergola, both under cover.. I have an extensive garden which attracts a huge variety of native birds. There is a garage available for a single car.
Pets & farm animals
My dog Is an 8 year old Mastiff x , Alfie, who loves chasing sticks & toys & sitting on the lounge with me watching Netflix & having his chin scratched. or one the front deck. I can leave him alone for about 4 hours (I do not want him left alone for a full day) with a treat dispenser. He came to me when his previous owners had to move overseas & the only other option if they couldn't find a new owner was to put him down. He is a great watch dog but definitely not a guard dog. He is trained in the basics.
House Tasks
I have a man who attends to ride on mowing & general outside work fortnightly but there are 2 small lawns which me need to be mown. Other than that collecting mail, watering pot plants and general housekeeping.. If you are a gardener/s feel free to prune, weed and keep garden tidy, if not - no drama. I am looking at this as a win-win situation. You get to stay in beautiful surrounds and I get to have a rare holiday with peace of mind.
