Require sitter to feed & give water 2x outside only dogs (larger breed) for 2 weeks
Require sitter to play with dogs once a day (throw ball to them etc)
Require dog sitter to walk dogs twice a week in golf buggy.

Sitter will have their own guest bedroom that is never used and own bathroom that is also never used.
