House in Mornington (3bdr and 1bathroom) big backyard.
One block to beach and close to shops, walking distance to coffee and wine (very important!)
Close to busy road - may deter a few with the noise but the property is safe, secure and modern (you’ll even be enjoying a brand new kitchen renovation).
2 dogs who are our world.
No maintenance required just general tidying up after yourself and property.

1 GSP - Willow (female) 3 years old<br />1 Fawn Staffy - Atticus (male) 7 years old<br />:<br />Car ride to their favourite spots for a run and chase of the ball. Happy to provide a car to facilitate this. This is a must daily we will need someone relatively active to do this. <br />Needy, companion dogs who you’ll just love. <br />If home with them all day they will be super chill and do their own thing. <br />Staffy not great with other dogs unless we are there - the spots we suggest a safe and secure for him to have fun at. Willow is a bundle of energy but once she has had her fix is relaxed and chill.
