Hi! We are travelling for 2 weeks in June and are leaving our place behind for the first time. It is a cottage on 8 acres, under 20 minutes to the beach at Moonee, and under 30 minutes from Coffs Harbour, in the small town of Nana Glen.
Our place isn't fancy, but we do hope to find someone who might love it here as much as we do. Perfect for someone wanting a retreat without going too far from town, reconnect with animals and nature, and if travelling there is waterfalls, beaches and plenty to explore in the area.
Our pets are my world, and they are a little bit spoilt because of it. Archer is 3yo & a rescue - he can take time to warm to people, especially men, but once he knows you he is an absolute snuggle bug. Echo will be 9 months in June, she is growing quick, might still have some puppy behaviours but is already a lovely girl. Our dogs are inside pets that enjoy the yard when we are out there. They don't need big walks daily, but appreciate a run, cuddles and attention.
We have one inside cat who is quite sweet.
The horses are able to be checked on by friends if you are not comfortable or familiar with horses, however they are all lovely, friendly souls. There should be no winter rugs or handling needed for them, just some feed daily. If you are a horse lover though, they do enjoy a scratch & have incredible energy to share with you.
It does get cold here overnight in winter, and frosts are likley at this time of year. There is a heater inside & an electric blanket on the bed, as well as an outside fire to enjoy.
We hope to find someone who will love our place like we do whilst we are away ??

Pets & farm animals

2 large dogs, one 9 months old that is super sweet and happy, the other is a rescue and can take a little warm - especially with men - but once you have him, he's sweet. <br />One inside cat who is very low fuss. <br />4 horses who are lovely, happy and easygoing.

House Tasks

- feed dogs<br />- keep dogs company overnight, and play/engage daily with them.<br />- feed and check horses daily (no handling required)<br />- top up horse water via hose every few days<br />- feed cat daily, change litter every few days
