We have a free standing 3 bedroom , (you would have an ensuite bedroom). Southside suburban home, close to local shops with no internal stairs, and good neighbours, we are on the corner block and next to a cul de sac, Timber floors throughout, a small front verandah with 5 steps leading up to it, a back yard entrance gate and a large covered back deck with one small step up, a swimming pool however it might be too cold to swim in Canberra in May. Well maintained front and back gardens and a car port in the front driveway..

Pets & farm animals

Max is a 14 year old white Maltese Terrier. He likes short local walks now as he is getting older. He is a mostly a good boy but likes to bark at passers by out the window.<br />We have two cats Margot who is a 12 yea d ginger cat and is very independent, she spends some of her time outside and is well known in the neighbourhood, she is also well known very well<br />She comes and goes during the day for food or if it’s raining etc she’s in and is always in the house to sleep at night. In the colder months she will be inside a lot,<br />Mavis is a pure black 4 year old cat who is literally “a scaredy cat”, she is an indoor cat but will occasionally venture out into the back yard especially in the morning and evenings. She uses kitty litter inside<br />She spends a lot of time with me but doesn’t like my husband despite him never harming her at all. I think she prefers females. She is easy to look after, she sleeps is in a spare room next to our bedroom and often sleeps behind our wardrobe behind our bed where she feels safe and apart from changing her kitty litter and feeding her she is no trouble,
