We offer a lovely clean tidy spacious home. Caring for one old toilet trained Ragdoll cat. Molly who sleeps most of the time. She is 17 years old. A loving affectionate breed. But she requires company as her sister of 16 years died 3 weeks ago. She needs feeding 3 times or more per day. Needs a pat and loves a brush. She get nervous around children but never scratches or bites. Our home is close to all services. Heat pump, dishwasher. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. Smart TV unlimited wifi, Netflix. We ask that the home is left as clean and tidy as you found it. We are 7 minutes by car to city. 15 minutes to Mona. Lots of restaurants 4 minutes away in North Hobart. Fantastic corner store 4 minutes away Hill St grocer. Sunny home. Lovely views. During winter the power bills are high. So we would like a per week payment. To be negotiated. The lawns need mowing occasionally. We have a small easy to maintain veggie patch. The home is very well equipped. Just pack your clothes, food and Toiletries! We have nice views. Sunny living spaces. We very fussy with being clean and tidy, so we expect the same upon our return. All cat food and any vet bills is paid for by us. We also have a backup neighbour who would feed the cat if you'd like to go away. Not suitable for other pets nor children.

Pets & farm animals

One old Ragdoll. House trained using her own cat door to go out to the garden. She likes sleeping on the spare bed. Or your bed if you let her. She is so easy going and affectionate. require feeding three times a day. But have cat biscuit dispenser too. She require fresh water daily. Her fur is very fine and she loves a brush. Any knots must be trimmed. But if she is brushed her fur stays in great condition.

House Tasks

Collect mail. A vast pantry. Please replace what you use or contribute $$. This deal does not include food. Please leave the home clean and tidy as you found it. New carpets bathroom and kitchen. It's a lovely comfy sunny home with pleasant river and bush views. Wallaby visits so beware of their droppings! Possums too!
