Hi my name is Frances and I live in a small but comfortable home with my dog and cat who are my special fur babies. I would like a sitter who doesn’t have their own pets.
I’m looking for a kind and loving person to housesit and pet sit for me in April. You need to be clean and tidy, have good references, and be prepared to walk my dog twice daily if possible.
My home is located in the Torquay/Jan Juc area not far from beautiful Jan Juc beach where you can walk my beautiful well behaved Kelpie dog Albany off lead. He needs two walks daily. I also have a cat Tigar who loves Albany but can be a little shy with strangers.
I have very comfortable guest accommodation downstairs with its own ensuite bathroom. There is a spacious kitchen/dining/ lounge also located downstairs. Upstairs I would prefer not to be used as it is my own private space. There is lovely patio garden where you can enjoy your morning cuppa.also. I would like the garden watered at least weekly or more often if it is hot. I have fast internet and Netflix as well as a great selection of DVDs.
I am an artist and writer who will need updates on how my pets are going.

A red Kelpie Albany who is very well trained and highly intelligent.<br />A sweet ginger cat Tigar who is timid until she knows you and must be kept inside at night and who is an escape artist.<br />Gold Fish in my pond who need feeding every second day.
