About

The house is a lovely one storey, two bedroom (one converted into an office) property with a small yard. Located in the heart of Brunswick, 10 mins to Sydney Road and all it has to offer, train station and trams and shopping centre. The property is close to several large parks: Princess Park and Gilpin Park, which have an off-leash area and local ovals, our dogs' favorite walking area. Our dog is a sweet border collie (1.5+ years old) who loves to play with frisbees but loves a quiet evening snuggled up in front of the TV. She likes the routine though: morning and evening walks, we usually take her out for about 40 minute walks (a combination of walkies and fetch). She is well-trained and knows commands but is also always up for learning new tricks. During the day she has a doggy door and access to the garden, and is used to using it on some days while we are working from the office. She has no special dietary or medical requirements. Other than looking after our girl, there are no special requirements for the house either, other than keeping it tidy and watering some plants.

Pets & farm animals

1,5 + yrs Border Collie girl named Sookie. Sweet lady with good manners, knows a few tricks and is keen to learn more. Loves playing with the ball but her most precious toy is a frisbee. She is quite calm for a border collie and doesn't mind relaxing days at home or evenings but does get a little bit anxious in busy, unknown places. (i.e. busy and loud pub), doesn't mind quieter cafes. Loves beach and car rides, is scared of cats. Has a best friend labrador named Simona who comes to hang out with her at the park in the evenings.
