Airconditioned House in Berowra, NSW. Quiet location with bush view from the large deck. A small garden in front of the house. Bus stop 50m from house and 15-20 min walk to train station.
Bedroom with King size bed. And a kids room.
Pets to look after include an elderly cat ( 14y) , a flemish giant rabbit (3y) and 2 rats ( few month old). A small tropical fish tank.
Regular watering of the garden if it is not raining .

Pets & farm animals

We have an elderly cat. He sleeps most of the day and has a walk around the garden to visit our neighbor. He is a bit timid to new people.
Our giant rabbit is free ranging parts of the house. He also just sleeps all day.
The 2 rats need the most attention as they need to have free play time without the cat around.
The fish only need to get a bit of food.

House Tasks

Our neighbor usually takes out the mail and collects it for us. The garden and pot plants need to be cared for.
Rubbish bins need to be put on street each week for collection day.
