3 bedroom house that has a bus stop moments away and out the front of the local golf course, where the bus connects in minutes to rail.
The concrete double brick house sits across from and surrounded by conveniences, with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable including 3 adorable cats to keep you company.
Your creature comforts include ensuite bathroom, separate bathroom with shower and bath, modest fiction, history, political science, bibliography, and art library, and all of the streaming services to keep you entertained, unlimited WiFi and every appliance for you to cook until your heart is content. The open plan lounge is equipped with an air purifier to keep the outside at bay.
The dining table can double as a desk during the day and at night is great for a lovely candelit dinner as you watch the sun descend behind the trees before you head to the plush couch in a beautiful modern open plan space with sliding, floor to ceiling glass doors.
The space is open and light, and will transport you to the end of the business day, which will be chilled ahead of a peaceful night’s sleep on a super comfy, pillow topped, queen sized bed with all of the manchester and pillows supplied.
You will enjoy a bbq on the patio and relax with your favourite beverage and book/device in the peaceful outdoors. There's more than enough space to take your yoga mat outside for daily practice on those days you do not feel like a quick 10 minute walk to Lake Wendouree with its spectacular local wildlife, 6km running/walking track, and being proximate to the local indoor swimming pool and gym complex that offers casual membership rates. When you bore of those wonders, take a ride or drive to local natural sights including waterfalls, expansive horizons, and the cutest artisanal shops and terraces for a revive and some inspo ahead of a trip to the premier regional art gallery of Victoria in truly historic settings.
While there's a sofa bed in the spare room that you can try if you prefer sleeping in another room, note that the cats will keep you company if you keep the door open.
Just a heads up - I will rely on you but would be concerned if you had friends stay over too (just saying).
I've had false confirmations for other international travel and that dishonesty caused nightmares. So please only apply if you are genuine and will commit (and know where our beautiful, historical, outdoorsy, foodie, cultured and connected to everything that is Ballarat space is located). You'll be a 90 minute drive to Melbourne, Geelong, The Grampians and Apollo Bay with everything those areas have to offer. Oh, and your drive to Daylesford will be only half that so don't forget to book yourself in for some spa and mineral time to decompress from the hectic lives we all lead.
I so look forward to meeting you and thank you so much for considering helping me to have a great and educational trip!

3 cats LouLou, Sascha and Grey which need wet breakfast and dry dinner; indoors at all times, the only other requirements will be emptying their litter trays that live in the garage, and a vacuum of their fur from rugs and the sofa (where they know not to sit).
Grey and LouLou's fur sometimes tangles so they need a light comb every few days.
