The 6-year-old home has three bedrooms with two living areas, and a large open space kitchen lounge area. It is a two bathroom/toilet configuration. The home has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and a 75" Flatscreen TV.
Outside is a large entertaining area with built in kitchen, pizza oven, BBQ and bar fridge. It located in Seaford SA on the Fleurieu Peninsular just minutes from beautiful Moana beach, the mid coast, and the McLaren Vale wine region.

Pets & farm animals

We have two 5 YO Golden Retrievers named Billie and Georgia. They are sisters from the same litter and have never been separated. They are beautiful girls. Fully toilet trained and love people.
